In order to register for the fall recreation league, players must be at least
4 years old on July 31st. This would place them in the U6 (under 6)
instructional league. Additional age divisions are U8, U10, U12 and U15.

Fall recreation league sign-ups will be announced in the Westerly Sun when they
commence. You may fill out the online form and send it in anytime you'd like along with your registration fee. All applications MUST be received on or before August 1, 2002 for fall registration - there will be an additional late fee of $15 per child for any forms receive after this date.

The form is located online, under the "League Forms" section, you can
also get a copy at Avie's Ski & Sports, or call (401)596-8335 for a form. Registration forms are
being accepted now thru August 1st for 2002 fall soccer.

Please be patient, during the summer many coaches and players families are on
vacation, causing some delays in communications. If you have not heard
from any coach one week before opening day, please e-mail your concerns, your
name and telephone number, along with your child's full name, age, and gender.
Someone will be in touch with you shortly to ensure your child has every chance
to participate in our great program.

There's no better time than the present to make your interests known!
Talk to the coaches and coordinators you see on the fields, they'll gladly put
you in touch with the proper individual, who'll make sure your desire to coach
is recorded. When you fill out your child's registration form, be sure to
indicate your interest in coaching a team - you can also indicate an interest in
being an assistant coach, a great way to start!

ABSOLUTELY NONE! The Fall recreation league is intended to develop the
soccer skills of all players, at all ability levels, and to enhance their
interaction with other youths to facilitate the concept of teamwork. Most
importantly, it is intended to be FUN! Your child's enjoyment is our
number one priority.
